I got into transit by accident. I started working for Transdev as a corporate receptionist because it was a good job. And I grew to realize how important it is, and what we do every day to serve communities and get people in touch with what's important and essential in their lives. I really believe in what my company does every day. I'm really proud of what we do, and I see how essential transit is to keeping our communities moving, how essential it is to every aspect of society. At Transdev, we have a national employee recognition program called Mobility Changemakers, where we recognize our people in a number of different categories. From going above and beyond some heroic action, to their customer service skills, their outstanding commitment to safety and being able to provide that recognition to our folks who are on the front lines and working so hard day after day to make sure that people can get to where they need to be. That's my favorite part of my job.
